How do I place an order?

Select your item, choose the size and color, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an order confirmation email once completed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Do you accept custom orders?

Currently, we do not accept custom orders. However, if you have specific needs, please contact us and we may recommend a similar style.

When will my order ship?

How can I measure myself correctly?

Use a cloth measuring tape to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips according to our size guide.

If you do not have a measuring tape, you can use a string and then measure the string against a ruler.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Yes, the photos represent the actual products. However, slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
