Return Process

1. Contact Us

Please email our customer service team at customer_service@yeoreo.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return and the reason
  • If the item is defective or damaged, please attach clear photos or a video showing the issue

2. Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your return request. Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

3. Package Your Return

Use the original packaging to securely pack your return items. Then, drop off your parcel at your local post office.
(Note: Do not return the package to the address printed on the shipping label. This is not our return address and may delay your refund.)

4. Processing Time

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund is issued

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
  • We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.
  • Please make sure you double-check your returns before mailing them out.

Cancel Order

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Please note that our customer service team may not be available outside regular business hours. If your cancellation request is submitted after hours, we cannot guarantee it will be processed in time to stop shipment.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The arrival time of the refund is subject to different online bank processing efficiency.
